Which small body?
I have my eye on a Loar LH204 Brownstone and a Seagull Coastline Grand. Both used in nice condition, and both are the same price. The Seagull is local and the Loar isn’t. Which one out of the two would you guys pick? Thanks

I've never played a Loar so I'm no help there, but I've never played a Seagull that I didn't like. Also, you write that the Seagull is local, go try it out and see what you think.

I think the Loar is a larger instrument but the Seagull products have a better reputation as far as quality. I personally would prefer a larger than parlor size so would look at a larger Seagull like their folk line as a better sounding unit and better longevity.

Give the local Seagull a try. If you like it, buy it.

I’m staying away from larger guitars, something about the size of my GS Mini.

I have a Seagull Coastline Grand which is a very good guitar. My only problem is I have a Simon and Patrick Woodland Pro parlor which is even better. But Seagull are hard to go wrong with.
