Default Interesting Rodrigo Moriera steel string SJ at Acoustic Pro Musician.....

I'd told Danny at APM I was looking for a cutaway and he told me about this instrument. It's a Rodrigo Moriera (well know for his classicals that are on the Dream site quite often) Cedar and Ziricote florentine cutaway that was based on an Olson SJ design.

Evidentally, it was knocked over and the neck was broken, and Steve Kinnaird modified and installed a new Stew-Mac neck for it (which we all know would be great!) I declined because I'm not a cedar guy (but it was very tempting!)

If it sounds interesting, give Danny a call or an email. If you haven't dealt with him before, he's just the best, hands down.

This is a pic from Rodrigo's website when it was being built...
