Default Quality European Guitars?

Scharpach Vienna Apex - current asking price $53K TMK, several years' wait, and the only guitar on this planet for which I'd consider either option:

I guess most of us are steel string oriented, otherwise I wouldn't be the first to point out the many excellent makers in Spain. Here's just a sampling of them:

Ted Astrand is another good one. I could be wrong, but I think Jason Kostal was his mentor.

Default Another Furch Fan

It's been said already, but Furch.

I see them as a blend of old world handwork and new world technologies and processes. Their craftsmanship, tone woods, and designs are classic, but the second generation Petr Furch has brought it into the new world with CNC, various acoustic measurement technology, a genuine commitment to timber sustainability, and a novel truss rod arrangement.

Can't believe I had to read so far to see Fylde! Also, Avalon are missing from the list.

Ahem....think of a naughty word that starts with a C, and put a z on the end. Pretty sure it's a genuine brand, though I haven't had the opportunity to play one.

Oh, and you may want to include the word 'guitars' in your search, but it's up to you.
