Default 6 months and still happy.

It has been almost 6 months since I traded a Br140a for a Yamaha ll ta. I am always concerned of regret when trading but I will say that I am still as impressed by this guitar as I was the day I got. No regrets. 6 months and still happy with the electronics and the unplugged sound. Fantastic and still happy with what some said would be a trend. Anyone that has not heard the LLTA, you should, you won't be sorry.
Thanks for reading

Is that the one that is all solid wood? I played one of those a couple of years ago at a shop. I was highly impressed and I felt that it was a fantastic instrument acoustically unplugged, for the price point, even without the built-in effects. I didn't like the pickup sound. That would be fantastic amplified with a Tonedexter though.

I remember the neck was super comfortable and the playability was superb. The sound was in a league higher than price tag.

How do you feel about the plugged in sound?

Curious because I had an LS16 ARE, and an LLM16 ARE, which I ended up getting rid of because I wasn't head over heals for their plugged in tone, unless they were run through my AG Stomp, or THR10II.

Comparing to the D18, it does not have the volume....but it has a sweeter voice. Not a bluegrass guitar but there are some songs that it is better suited for. Yes this is the all solid wood version. As far as plugged in, it does well but not exceptional. Sounds very good plugged in though. Great guitar all in all. Neck is a bit more comfortable than the d18 as far as my hands can tell.. stays in tune and true all the way up the neck.
