Default Thanks G7th Capo Company!

A great big shout out and thanks to Nick at the G7th Capo Company.

In a thread a few weeks back I had mentioned that I enjoyed my G7th Newport capo but that it only lasted about 6 months until the screw threads became cross threaded.

Nick had had sent me a PM and said that he would send me a replacement at no cost. Well a brand new G7th Newport arrived yesterday!! I'm so excited and grateful that there are companies like this that actually stand behind what the make.

Thanks Nick.

Cheers.

Good to hear that companies still treat their customers well. Glad you've been made whole here.

Nick provided me with a new rubber pad to allow me to use the Newport 12 string with my new Taylor. He's a customer focused guy. He's also been a good contributor to the online forum. Not to mention, he makes a great product.

I'm another G7 fan. Love the products...got my first G7 capo about three years ago. And then I was lucky enough to win another one (my third) in Nick's raffle a couple of weeks ago. And I found Nick to be a very communicative guy...and people who are willing to take the time to communicate are really the best bet for being someone who will provide good service.

YAY G7!! YAY NICK!!!

Another big fan of G7th Capos. I bought my first Performance capo in 2009 and just purchased a white Performance 2 a few months ago. I love them and think the whole guitar world should be using them.

I have a G7 capo, and really want to like it (seems like a good concept), but I cannot get it to put sufficient pressure on the outermost strings, i. e., the strings at the open end. No matter what I do, those strings buzz. Is there an adjustment I can make somehow so that the capo will clamp more strongly?
