my slope did too. Just standard D'addario PB 12's. Still enjoying that new string sound

Funny thing... Gave both my AJ and my J-50 new strings this past week, too. Must be "The Time of the Season..." (don't you miss the Zombies?)

I am sure they sound as good as they look.............And I thought I was the only Slopeaholic. Changed mine out a couple of weeks back.

Hey while you guys are up and posting, can one of you tell me the difference between a slope and classic dread, if any?

I was checking out the Epiphone Masterbilt series, and saw that the AJ series was a slope guitar. And I just wondered what I would expect to hear from it vs. the Masterbilt dread.
