Scharpach Vienna Apex.
$30K+.
Several years' wait.
Only guitar I'd even consider spending that kind of money for.
Worth four pictures.

I would just say those guitars are the ... most exotic, surprising, unusual, eye-catching, unexpected, innovative, challenging and labor-intensive to execute.
But that wasn't the OP's question.
The OP's question was, "What's the most beautiful?"

IMO, the classic Martin D-28 is the most beautiful.
Additional ornamentation/cosmetics, Elvis' face in the wood grain, and cantilevers that try but to transcend the law of physics related to torque, do nothing for the sound or function; rather, they just pump up the price and the gee-whiz factor.

With a simple D-28 more of the money goes into what (to me) matters ... function.

... but I'm a guy who thinks all women look better without makeup.

Repeat ... YMMV.
I agree with you ...and KyDave. For me if it doesn't look like a Martin or a Gibson, it doesn't look right. I believe that the best designs were perfected in the first 30(ish) years of the 20th C.

e.g. Martin 0,00,000 and the original dread (all 12 fretters), and the Gibson L-o/1, the L-2, the Roy Smeck, and the L-5.

I'm going a totally different route.

I think Nelson's 'Trigger' or Jon Gomm's 'Wilma' are beautiful, but it's in a different way than described here. The bruised and beaten guitars bearing the scars of a long life with their owners is moving to me. That's a lifetime of joy an instrument gave to its player.

Figured Walnut. The fingerboard and bridge are also Walnut. It was a limited run.

Yes, I know what you mean. Maple can be deceptive when tinted.. I have another Ovation that looks like this:
