Bischoff Jumbo Brazilian Master Grade Spruce, 2750 Shipped ** Video Added
WHAT A GEM!! This thing oozes tone like no other, and is truly a master crafted acoustic guitar that has aged to perfection! Take a look at the tight gained Brazilian back and sides make for an absolutely insane instrument that flaunts all of the best qualities of good old tight grained Brazilian paired with Master Grade Sitka Spruce. It is crack free and in rather nice shape for its age. Bischoff guitars are hand made in Eau Claire Wisconsin, and Gordy has been in business for 50 years building and repairing guitars for Martin, a true master craftsman. Built in 2005 this guitar features a Master Grade Sitka Spruce top from 1988, a figured Maple/Rosewood/Abalone Rosette, a solid Brazilian rosewood back and sides from Mr Bischoffs private reserve dating to 1974. Quality and craftsmanship are paramount throughout the entire guitar. Bischoff guitars are used by Justin Vernon and Rob Moose of Bon Iver, and Willie Porter to name a few. This guitar if ordered new today from Bischoff would be over 7K and there is a waiting list. 1 11/16 nut, Gotoh 510 tuners, Fishman active system, neck thickness is .89 at the first fret and .87 at the 9th fret, with Ameritage acoustic guitar case.
