Default Everse 8 DI Out question

I recently got an Everse 8 and I am finding that I get barely a faint output signal from the DI Out XLR on the back when I send that to another powered speaker.

I looked at the app an I cannot find anyway to set the level of the DI out. As it is now, it's so low, it's unusable. Am I doing something wrong or do I have an Issue with the DI out?

I reached out to Sweetwater as well to see what they have to say. I am still within the first 30 days. I love the speaker and it's working well when I use its inputs but the DI output is not sending sufficient signal strength to run to another powered speaker.

There isn't anything in the app to set the volume (unlike the 50M).
The DI output is based on where you have the main mixer volume set.

I do this quite often and send the output to my Bose S1 or RCF 710.

Your main volume is probably too low. You need to use the speaker volume for the volume you hear from the speaker and utilize the main as the volume that will go to the other speaker.

Thanks Guys, I had the channel speaker volume reasonably high. The main volume on the Everse 8 was set reasonably high (Full Gig volume in a loud venue). I wasn't playing it quiet per se. The Main Volume was at the 0 Db marker and I tried setting it even higher which is 3/4" or more on the slider. I spent time with tech support and they are advance shipping a replacement to me after troubleshooting.
