The ParaDi has a 10 meg ohm input impedance while the K&K would prefer 1 meg. This can cause an increase in bass frequencies and that can lead to feedback issues.

Other preamps have more/better features but unless you develop your listening and control skills those features will be wasted on you. If you just want to buy more gear then this is a golden opportunity - but probably not a necessity. Feedback busters work great, I have one for every instrument. The input impedance of the Para DI is not an issue.
