Unexpected new Sigma!
I was playing with the idea of having a more afordable acoustic that I would keep in my living room and not worry too much about humidity.
At first I was looking at Seagulls, Taylor 200, Sheerans, etc... Then I found store carrying Alvarez, Sigma and Cort. I was really not interested in these brands, but I was very impressed with Alvarez and Sigma. It's a DM-18. Laminated back and sides, micarta fretboard and bridge (less humidity concern), bone nut and saddle. Solid top. The open gear tuners are really nice. It had a higher action at first, but I had a good feeling. I asked them to sand the saddle a bit, change the strings and I felt in love! I almost got an Alvarez Artist parlor, but the laurel fingerboard put me off. https://ibb.co/P5fcDhp https://ibb.co/3NXfSGk https://ibb.co/S73TJwt https://ibb.co/gt4drBb |

That's awesome, I've been trying with selling a couple guitars and being a Sigma 000m-15.

Nice guitar, how much? Bought my Sigma DR-9 for $300.00 new in 1976--still has held up remarkably well-enjoy!
