It's a Hohner guitar, made in Korea. It's an F1 mini-jumbo, with what seems to be a custom pickguard. Apparently George Gruhn did some design work for them back in the early '90's and had some input on these guitars.

Just to round this out, had a response from Jason Lytle today via IG. He confirmed a Hohner which he said he was surprised to find he liked when he tried it in the early Noughties, so bought it.

Had a nice little message exchange with him actually, his favourite seems to be his Martin 000-15 which he's had for a good while now.
