Modern style headstocks and bridges
There are many different styles of modern headstocks, but it depends on the type of guitar. Classical guitars (nylon strings) have a slotted headstock and a tie-block bridge, while most modern acoustic guitars will have a "paddle" style headstock and a belly bridge. If you Google the subject, you can see plenty of photos.

Take a look at Edwinson's site. Love his headstock and his new Element bridge. I also like Mark Hatcher's newer style headstock. Chris Ensor has a cool painless bridge.
