Fender Corporation is terrible at service
I would warn anyone off buying a Fender product if you want service. Their international support seems non-existent. Their email to customer service doesn't work. Their international telephone support is out of service.
Really they are an incredibly arrogant company. |

Unfortunate...
but recently that's not been my experience. It's taken a few days to get a response sometimes, but the Email option has never not worked for me. but I'm in U.S. not sure why that would mater. I hope they respond to you.

That's unfortunate.
But I'm in the USA & not going to avoid Fender products because their int'l service is lacking.

I don't know what, if anything happened, but up until recent times, Fender made amplifier schematics available to owners and anyone pretty much with the internet. Something made them stop doing so. I neither see significant liability or any real benefit to curtailing access. Puzzling...and a bad sign.

Buying from the big G or F brand today is simply a choice of Name recognition, not quality. And most of my guitars are from either G or F. But neither are worth the price of entry these days, in my opinion. Both are living upon the laurels of their past success, with little regard to value to their customers, unfortunately.
