Years ago I gave my grandson a guitar ... and now....
So some 6 or 7 years back, I gave my oldest grandson one of my (too-many) acoustic guitars as he'd shown an interest in music. Well, he ran with it with great abandon and just this week released his first tune with his band. Blake is 17 now and he's a lot better, and more determined than I ever was at the age.
He co-wrote the tune with his mates and they produced it themselves. Not quite "acoustic" in nature, but this song is a catchy tune (to me and I am NOT biased in the least :-) ). The tune is called Gator and his band is Refuse - a 4-piece. Blake is lead guitar. Spoitfy link: https://open.spotify.com/track/0dbXl...dce3297c974b9d |

Way to go Grandpa. What a nice gift from you to him and from him to you. Running with it is right.
