Yeah; apparently there are a number of dealers that get these shipped to them as 'used' (even the factory sticker on the outside of the shipping carton calls it 'used'. If you've ever seen some of the listings on Reverb with seemingly stupid prices on mint looking guitars, the descriptions often say that they're from the factory, sold without warranties. As I've bought 4/5 of my Taylors second hand, I wasn't terribly concerned about it (also, having gone to see & play it first). I guess legally they can not be sold as 'new'... Either way, I'm one happy camper now!
I only wish I had a better camera (terrible photo!)
