I picked up a nice archtop and found out it's a 40s Kay. Now I've gotten really into picking up old flat tops and archtops. I picked this guitar just a few days ago for 20 dollars. I did a little research and think the S-39? inside the guitar means it's 1939 made the second half of the year, I also thought the fingerboard dirty and I've come to realize it was a fake pearl paint. Other then that I'm kind of lost and hoping someone can help
