I played one and my arm came nowhere near covering it up, and it worked fine. But your arm it did cover a side port of any type, it would of course be useless.

It is custom guitar option, so I'd assume Kevin Ryan (or other builder) could adjust it fit specific people's needs.

The one in my Kronbauer was customized for me specifically to feed my left ear.
