Yes, guitar playing, designing, building, talking and watching are pretty good therapy for the members of this house, too.
I often tell my brother when he is sick but can't figure out how to tell a doctor at the VA his symptoms. My reply is to not ask the doctor what is wrong unless you can read your own body and tell him everything he needs to know.
I'm glad you read your body to know what makes yourself heal quicker.
