I have tried most of those in your string collage, and settled on the Martin Retro's.

Regarding the Martin Retro's:
Med, 13-56,(if I was only strumming or flat picking, they would be the choice.
Light's 12-54, Great tone but playing up the neck my hand/arm tires quickly.
Custom Lights 11-52's, I use most of the time. Easier on my left hand & arm.
I do have some extra lights to test 10-47 (not ready to test those quite yet)
Of those other strings, I like the PolyWebs 12-53
The D'Addario EXP26 sounded and played nice but they faded fast in comparison to the PolyWebs and the Retro's.
I prefer blueberry waffles as well!
