I've had the same experience with D'Addario EXP strings, and more recently the XT strings. They last for months. I keep a record of when I change strings and which strings I am using. I try to change my strings regularly, but in some cases they have gone 10-12 months before changing... and still sounded good. I have a couple of sets of XS strings on deck and am anxious to install them, but the way the D'Addario strings last, it may be a while.

I often change strings on all of my guitars at the same time, or within a couple of days of each other. I find the string changes and periodic maintenance kind of therapeutic. I use string changes as an excuse to give my guitars, especially the fretboard, a good cleaning.
