If you want a flamenco for under $3k you have a lot of choices. I’ve tried many of these high volume makers. Take a pass on those IMHO and get yourself a medium to small luthier made flamenco. You’ll save yourself a lot of time turning over guitars by reading about who they are before you shop. The Japanese and Mexicans do a pretty good job around $2k. The Spaniards will cost you more but they have better resell value. That will be important in case you don’t like the guitar. Lot of factors involved.
