Well, I also believe in supporting local stores. As others have said, if it feels right when you hold and play it, then that's the guitar for you.
Maybe ask for a new set of strings or a free (or discounted) set up to help seal the deal.
Whatever guitar you get just enjoy it and play it everyday!
