I understand completely how you feel about the Stanford guy.
There was *one* guy who returned his Silver Creek something like 5 times and then posted a thread about how happy he finally was. He later admitted that he was trying to get a "perfect" one and the others had unspecified cosmetic flaws that he didn't like.
You're not the first person to take that hear-say as evidence of QC problems, but this is how unjustified bad reps get perpetuated.
