I don't know about loopholes, but if you bid and win, you buy it. It's bad form to do anything else, just as it would be for the seller to decide after the auction that they changed their mind. However, that's a moot point and I think you'll really enjoy the Larrivee. That model has been called one of the best "bang for the buck" models by lots of folks here. I hope you are very pleasantly surprised.
