Just a followup to your suggestion. I ended up calling Peavey and Chris there was very helpful. It turns out they still have some nuts and saddles in stock for most of the Composite Acoustic models they made, so I ordered each. My GX has the 1.75” nut width. Btw, Titebond epoxy was used to glue the nut on their “forever” carbon fiber guitars…which adds a bit more of a challenge with replacing the original one.
