Hi, I have a local luthier made 0028 12 fret with a 1 & 7/8" nut width, to 2 & 3/8" saddle string spacing over a Martin style 24.9" scale. It has a modified V style neck profile.

I only use Shubb C1, or C1b basic original capos (the ones with the screw and little delrin cap, and, all are fine.

I've just rechecked with a standard C1b and it fits my guitar up to and including the 5th fret.

I'd counsel against the classical cao as it won't have any camber and so will most likely buzz in the middle strings.

You could get a 12 string capo, but honesty I don't think it would be necessary.

Hope that helps.
