What Is your go-to pick(s?)
What do you like and where do you buy them?
I use a thumb pick or flat, depending on what I’m playing. I can’t find a pick of either type that I love. I like the Dunlop Tortex for a flat pick, but I cannot find a thumb pick that I’m crazy about. I’ve tried Black Mountain’s hybrid, but like most hybrids it is only tolerable as a thumb or flat pick. The blue Chip pick designed by JD Crowe (I think) is ok. I’d like to see the Blue Chip or something like it with a wooden pick surface instead of plastic. AFAIK such a thing doesn’t exist.
