I’d go with either the 000-15sm or m-20. Or maybe look into a custom OM-15, Guild M-40; or maybe a Gibson. I’m in the same boat , got too many guitars but seem to keep adding more, I tend to prefer US made , slowly working up to boutique or single luthier.
