I'm playing more than I ever have in my life right now. About 2-3 hours per day. It's not necessarily quality practice, but I have slowly increased the quality and variation so that I'm learning different content and doing scales, intervals, etc. as well as songs. I definitely think it's actually better to stop and take a break or just play a simple tune, instead of attacking complicated advanced level stuff all the time. It's all fun either way.
