depends on how big the hump is.
if it's only 1 mm or less use a flat file laid on top of the frets and flie the high ones down, finish with wet & dry then re crown.
if it's more than that then you either need to reset the neck or else pull the frets, sand the fretboard flat recut the fret slots if necessary and then refret.
or just play cowboy chords.
