different tonewoods similar guitar
 
I went through a gibson period a few years ago and bought a Lc1 and really liked it.The Lc2 and Lc3 came soon after.The Lc1 was maple ,Lc2 rosewood and Lc3 koa.Three more guitars I really miss at least I still have the pics to remember.:) So lets see what you got into. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y22...ibsonlc004.jpg

I an a big believer in different woods with models that suit you, my current 3 OM's have Sitka over EIR, Alpine over Madagascar, and Engelmann over Tasmanian Blackwood. I love the variety different tonewoods can bring to even otherwise identical guitars.
