Fred Kelly picks?
 

I tried a set of these Fred Kelly fingerstyle picks in medium, and they didn't really work for me - probably got the wrong size, among other things.

I just got a set I find the large too small but I am using one on my index finger with good success and I am using Alaska picks on my thumb and middle finger. They are different but I like it so far.
