This guitar plays and sounds fantastic. The combo of Cedar top with Black Walnut back and sides has a very unique voice with strong fundamentals and tons of headroom. I'd say it shines slightly more when played finger-style but I've played it live with a flat pick and it cuts right through the mix in a string quartet without being over-powering. Tone-wise, I'd love to hang on to it but I have really big hands and this neck is just a little too small feeling for me coming from a Ditson 111. It has the 1 3/4" nut with a 2 3/16 spacing at the saddle. Comes with a Lowden hard case and has a K&K Pure Mini installed.
It has some play-wear and some finish checking but is structurally sound with no cracks.
