That will be a good reason to not see a lot of companies packaging sets for Baritones.
I don't mind buying loose strings in bulk, but the prices need to be in line with the prices of packaged sets.

Shipping charges are also a factor in the cost.
I will keep my baritone in B tuning because it matches well with standard tuned guitars. I use mine on several songs that my band plays. It fits in very well.

As more people become Baritone owners, I hope that string companies will market a better selection of strings for them.
Right now, you almost have to buy loose strings and make your sets to get what you want.

There's actually quite a bit of choice these days; Juststrings.com sells six brands of electric baritone guitar strings and four brands of acoustic baritone guitar strings - D'Addario, Elixir, John Pearse and LaBella.

I agree that selection of ANY baritone guitar strings is just about nonexistent in most music stores, but fortunately they're found easily enough online. I also agree it will be nice when other manufacturers start making them.

I would like to try a set with a .68 bass string and a wound .022 second string in uncoated strings.
I would also be interested in trying some 80/20's.

The John Pearse 3260L Light baritone set offers precisely those gauges in exactly that alloy: 015, .022, .030, .043, .054, .068

Hope this helps.
