Thin epoxy for repair?

There is a crack on my guitar that my father and I will be working on, and we decided to use epoxy. What epoxy do you recommend that is very thin, yet very strong, in order to bind the wood together. We know what we are going to do, but we just need to know if there is an epoxy out there that is ultra thin and strong.

Here is the Frets.com "luthier" page:

Scroll down to the "guitar" section and you'll find an entire section on crack repairs.
I don't believe that epoxy is generally indicated, but this guy knows his stuff.

Loctite has a two-part, 60 minute set-up, clear epoxy.....I use it for just about anything including wood. You can apply it as thin as you want.

Thanks we'll certainly look into it.
