Bill Collings at Madison Music -- Sept 23
 

Greetings gang.

I spent much of Saturday morning through the afternoon at my favorite local shop (Madison Music). There were SEVERAL new goodies that I wished could have come home with me, including a sunburst finish Collings D1A that may be amongst the best mahogany dreads I've ever played.

Speaking of Collings: I learned that Bill Collings will be visiting the shop this next week -- the afternoon of Wednesday September 23. I'm hoping I can play a bit of hookie from work and get over and talk smart about guitars with Mr. Collings. For those in the area, I hope to see you there!

Bill has had to cancel
 

I learned from Mike at Madison Music that Bill Collings has had to cancel his Sept 23 visit. But my understanding is that there will be a rescheduled event of some kind. So....those that were planning on heading up Wed to meet Bill....head up anyway and just play a bunch of cool Collings instead!! ;)
